Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product leakage during transit
  • Missing items in the package
Return Request Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Photos
  • Unboxing Video (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
