Vastu Shastra
Vastu Shastra is an ancient Indian system of architecture and design that creates harmony
between buildings, nature, and occupants by aligning structures with natural energies, using
principles of geometry, direction, and the Pancha Mahabhootas (five elements: earth, water, fire,
air, space) to promote health, wealth, prosperity, and positive energy in living and working
spaces. It’s a science that unifies art, astronomy, and spiritual beliefs to design spaces that
benefit human well-being
“Disha” (दिशा) means direction in Sanskrit, referring to the cardinal (North, South, East, West)
and sub-directions, which hold significant energies in Vastu Shastra, influencing prosperity,
health, spirituality, and relationships, with each direction linked to specific deities and elements,
guiding optimal placement for rooms and objects for positive life flow.

Here are the main directions (Dishas) and their Vastu significance:
- East (Purva): Lord Indra; Success, vitality, new beginnings, health, study, prayer room, morning sun.
- West (Paschim): Varuna; Creativity, fulfillment, stability, children's rooms, study.
- North (Uttar): Lord Kuber; Prosperity, wealth, financial growth, main entrance, temple, clean.
- South (Dakshin): Lord Yama; Strength, discipline, heavy items, good for kitchen.
- Sub-Directions (Konas):
- North-East (Ishanya): Lord Shiva; Spirituality, knowledge, peace, meditation, Pooja room, most sacred.
- South-East (Agneya): Lord Agni; Fire, energy, kitchen, electricity, source of fulfillment.
- South-West (Nairutya): Lord Nirriti/Rahu; Earth, stability, master bedroom, heavy furniture, grounding.
- North-West (Vayavya): Lord Vayu (Wind); Social connections, networking, guest rooms, movement, change.
Significance:
In Vastu Shastra, aligning your home’s layout with these energies fosters well-being, wealth, and
success, while imbalances can create obstacles, making direction crucial for a harmonious
living space. We do provide services for vast shastra to the individuals seeking help in their
respective areas of interests in the Vastu.
